Possibly the best quote ever?
Russel : well, she rubbed my face in her naughty bits and gyrated on me which i assumed to mean "i like you"
Next Blog...
The next blog feature is supposed to link you to similar blogs to the one that you are currently on. The idea being that you have more chance of being interested in them than some random blog that might not even be in a language you can understand.
So why is it that when you click "next blog.." from my blog the next blog is always something to do with Christianity?
Is is my blog brimming full of Christian overtones? Not that I was aware of. Perhaps blogger is attempting to save me from the my heathen ways.

Procrastination
I should be doing ALOT of work, in for 9 am or 2pm tommorow....
I really really SHOULD be doing it.
I really really SHOULD have started it.
I really really SHOULDN'T be blogging.
I really really SHOULDN'T be on facebook.
I really really wish I knew what I was doing.
I really really wish I knew where my course guide is.
I really really wish I didn't have a nagging feeling that it is in my friends room.... my friend who is in manchester for a week.

Stay in Halls till Christmas Day?
Hmm
Just rang my parents for the once weekly enforced contact and told them that I might just might have a chance of a job at the Christmas fair in Oxford Street.
My mother pointed out that that would probabaly involve me working untill Christmas eve.
This would involve me staying in Halls untill Christmas day essentially. Now I could really do with the money, really really do with the money but this would be spending weeks with essentially no other human company at uni. I wouldn't know anyone in the surrounding area and all my friends would have gone home, the Uni would be completly deserted.
Would I go mad from the lack of human company?
Oh who knows, no point thinking about this untill later I suppose.

What a lovely day...
Today couldn't have actually started out better. I woke up.
I didn't simply give up lying in bed staring at the ceiling, I woke up from a deep sleep that I had been in since approximately 2 am... it was now 2pm. 12 hours sleep! The stuff dreams are made of- literally.
I then listened to Dancing in the Moonlight (toploader) and Andy's mixed CD as I got dressed, songs that never fail to put me in a good mood. I had a lovely loooooong hot shower and drank the mint tea (which I haven't had since I got to uni) whilst I waited for Craig to arrive.
We went to Camden market to find stuff for the pole dancing society social. We failed, epically. For once there wasn't any cheap and nasty neon things in the market. Only really nice things that I really really wanted but couldn't justify buying.
We then strolled through Oxford street, survived the Oxford street Primark. Found the Christmas market, completely by chance.
This is what I love about London, there is always something randomly happening that you didn't intend to go to.
The Christmas market was delightful- and I may have landed myself a job! Hooray, Christmas presents for all!
We then went to Covent Garden for a drink because Craig knows that I love it there. This involved a brief spout of waltzing in the tube station. We actually ended up walking to Waterloo rather than grab a drink in Covent Garden in the end. Stopping at yet another Christmas market by the National Theater.
Ended up grabbing a drink in an amusement arcade by the Dali exhibition (which I defiantly want to go to at a later date). Said amusement arcade had mice.... yet that just added to the christmasy feel (did make me suggest waiting till we got home to eat though).
All in all an utterly lovely day, finished off with some Chicken Korma and a bout of Children in Need.
Lovely.

Angel Delight
I just returned to my flat after a film night in E block and decided to crack out the Angel Delight I had bought in ASDA earlier today in order to use up my milk.
I don't think I have ever been so exited to eat something on my own before. I haven't had angel delight for about 13 years and even then I think I only had it once.
I made a big bowl full of angel delight yumminess.
Only to descover that it is really filling, after about 6 spoonfulls I had had enough and had to give the rest to Craig. Walking back to my flat at 2am with nought but a spoon covered in pink gunge.

Achey Achey Achey
Dear God I don't half ache all over after pole dancing. I think that I need to do some full on warm ups before going from now on, and I need to not take two week breaks from it. Any pulling motion with my arms at all is sweet sweet pain including touching the tops of my biceps.
My ribs also really hurt but I don't really know why that is.
Anyway, complaint over!

Fidelity
I am currently participating in a discussion with Zak who is shocked and appalled at the fact that I am monogamous in relationships.
During a quick chat with Zak he discovered that I am not currently engaging in the horizontal tango as it were.
Which eventually lead to a coversation where he suggested that I have casual sex outside of a relationship.
I have to say I love the way Zak seems to have elevated me during this debate.

Zak: how's tricks? How's Life, Sex and the Universe?
Me: Life is good and the universe is incomprehensible as ever.
Zak: No sex?
Me: No sex :)
Which eventually lead to a coversation where he suggested that I have casual sex outside of a relationship.
"you are putting a pre-condition to limit your own desires .. in that you say that you wont break the worthless contract.. because of some misguided notion of fidelity? This lead to a throughrally enjoyable debate about my monogamous nature which we related back to my acceptance of the norms and values of society and traced all the way back to the influence of eastern religions such as Christianity.
Cass you are a socialist, a humanist, a thinker.. what is this construct?
Where are the ideals of freedom of being able to articulate thoughts, desires.."
I have to say I love the way Zak seems to have elevated me during this debate.
"yes .... and thats whay cass.. you of all people..
how. why do you accept this conformity.. this rubbish
you are so bright... political.. human
and then this ..."
"but the idea of an imposition of such reactionary ideals on you [no sex before marrage].. and you acceprting them, because you equate that with not wanting to hurt a loved oneBrilliant
and at 18..."

Things I really want to do
A walk in Richmond ParkI now live just down the road from Richmond park, and have done for a number of months. It's criminal that i still havent gone for a walk through it! I simply adore the Autumn and belive that there is nothing better than a long walk when the air is crisp and the bronze and deep orange leaves even more so.
Isn't that picture of the park simply devine? Don't you just want to run and kick the leaves? I do.
Go to the Electric Cinema
Who doesn't want to watch a film from the comfort of a plush sofa, with a footstool and a nice glass of something alcoholic- in the cinema?
Dinner and a movie with a difference, I want somone to take me on this date- partly because the Electric Cinema is based in Portobello Road (one of my favorite places to be) and it would be criminal to go all the way to the cinema without spending the day there first.
A tourist-y day in London
I do technically now live in london- but i swear i go into central less than when I lived in Reading. Understandibly in a way... I swear it was cheaper! But yes, I want a full on touristy day in london, see the sights- marvel... maybe even take photos...
I shall add more to this list later...

Names
Now how am I going to deal with names on this blog? I am after all not planning on putting any private thoughts on here so should I just not beat around the bush and use peoples names?
Or resort to calling people mother mary, waffle, tufty and AO again?

Insomnia
When i started University my sleeping patterns did suffer- later nights, and not much in the way of mornings.
But recently the concept of sleep has completly alluded me. I am actually contemplating keeping a list of the things that lack of sleep drives me to.
First off.
The dress made completly out of magazine cuttings.

Well the dress started being made completly out of magazine cuttings, but then it ended up with maddona style conical breasts. It is now made of magazine cuttings and a bikini top covered in magazine cuttings.
The decorated room
*insert fairy lights and create a lampshade out of a silk parasol*
The blog
Well this one is fairly self explainitory- it happened tonight after all.
and of course not forgetting
The many nights lying in bed awake praying for sleep to come.

Pole Dancing
During the Freshers Week of my university I joined the Pole Dancing society.
I joined for a laugh and to accompany a male friend who understandably didn't want to go on his own.
It turns out....
Pole dancing is a right laugh. And said male friend is rather good at it.
3 lessons later what i have learnt:
I have no upper body strength
I have killer thighs
I can't retain any thing i have learnt for more than a few days
I'm alrightish at a backwards spin
The lampposts outside Digby bar are too wide to do most moves save a Backwards spin and an upisidedown vampire
Going upside down is Really fun
I bruise Really easily

This is a new blog
This is a new blog, in keeping with my tradition of starting a new one every so now and then when i want to forget the things that my old one reminds me of.
